Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love your new home comforts, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in original, unused condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, body pillows and covers must be returned in their original sealed packaging.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Package Securely
Place the item back in its original vacuum-sealed packaging and shipping box to ensure it remains protected during transit.
- 3.Ship It Back
Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
