What materials are used for the pillowcases?
We offer our covers in three high-quality fabrics: Peach Skin, Velvet, and 2-Way Tricot. Our 2-Way Tricot is the most popular choice for collectors due to its exceptional softness, elasticity, and high-definition print quality.
Does the pillowcase come with the inner pillow (insert)?
Most of our listings are for the pillowcase only to save you on shipping costs. However, we do offer high-density 'Dakimakura' inner pillows separately in our 'Inserts' collection if you need a full set.
How should I wash and care for my anime body pillow?
To preserve the print and fabric, we recommend hand washing or using a gentle machine cycle with cold water. Always turn the pillowcase inside out before washing and air dry it away from direct sunlight.
How long does shipping take and is it discreet?
Standard shipping typically takes 10-15 business days. All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no mention of the contents or 'Anime' on the exterior label to ensure your privacy.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the intimate nature of bedding products, we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or with printing errors. Please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
Can I request a custom character or design?
Yes! We offer a custom printing service. You can upload your own high-resolution artwork through our 'Custom Order' page, and we will manufacture a one-of-a-kind body pillow just for you.
